Rental Services



The income opportunity for property rentals exists through the marketing of the Town Houses and Villas to both golf enthusiasts and organised group visits. We already have relationships with over 100 luxury golf tour operators and have linked up with some of the most exclusive hotel tour operators in the region to market the lettings programme. We will also use our Spanish office and European office based in London to contact our key partners in the U.K., Ireland, Scandinavia, Germany, France and Holland to ensure that Arcos Gardens becomes known as one of the finest golf destinations in Europe. We have endeavoured to make the rental programme as flexible as possible to enable owners to use their property to its maximum.


Rental Operations

The rental programme will be operated on a rotational basis and will be administered by Arcos Gardens through the on-site Hotel Cortijo Fain. The hotel reception and rentals office will act as the intermediary between the owners and guests. All owners will still be able to use their property when they desire, but must communicate their required dates to the rental management programme several weeks in advance. If the requested dates have already been reserved, the owner will be obliged to honour the original booking. Servicing Rental Pool Residences

As all registered properties will be marketed as part of the hotel, they will receive usual hotel services to ensure each residence is fully prepared for each guest. These services include house keeping and laundry of bedding and towels.


Income

The payments under the rental programme will be paid to owners monthly, based on the occupancy of their property during that month. Owners will be given a detailed list of all rentals that they have received as well as any other property within the programme (to ensure transparent fairness to all participants). For Town Houses - Owners will be paid a flat rate of €85 per night of occupancy (for long term lets of 30+ days, a reduced rate of €40 will be paid). All other costs such as housekeeping, laundry and on-site services will be the responsibility of Arcos Gardens. All other services such as water, electricity and rates are the responsibility of the owner.


Rules & Regulations

There are several requirements to rent the property through the Arcos Gardens Rental Pool:

 

• To have the Rental Pool Furniture Pack in your property. This is furniture pack is of a high standard and has been decided by Arcos Gardens to ensures rental residences are consistent from rental to rental.

• To declare the rental income (owners will be asked to supply an invoice in order to receive payment).

• To follow the rules of the Arcos Gardens lettings program.

• Owners within the rental programme who utilise the property for their own use will be obliged to take the end-of-stay housekeeping service, to ensure that the property is in fit state in order to rent again.

• Due to general wear and tear, there will be an annual inspection of rental properties by the rental management team. Items for refurbishment will be identified at this point and the owner duly informed.
