Arcos Gardens wins top prize at the industry's most credible awards

The 2007 Homes Overseas Magazine Awards - the Oscars of international real estate - and the only global property awards where every short-listed entry around the world is visited by judges were announced in London this month. Arcos Gardens has lived up to its billing as one of the world's most exciting new communities as it has been named the "Best Worldwide Golf Development - 2007" by winning the only 'Gold' awarded in this category.

 

The awards are particularly pleasing for the developers of Arcos Gardens, Grupo Novaterra, as they are recognition of the quality and standard of this unique resort in the untouched countryside of the Costa de la Luz.
